Allison Tylek is a multi-disciplinary designer, art director, and photographer who brings equal parts strategy and soul to every project. As Associate Design Director at Young & Laramore, she shapes brands with a sharp eye and a creative instinct honed across disciplines.

When she's not crafting compelling visuals, you'll find her traveling somewhere new on the map with her husband Rory, elbow-deep in a home renovation, or coaxing something beautiful out of the garden. She also shares her life with two very important creative consultants — Rigby, a Bernese Mountain Dog with strong opinions, and Rusty, a cat who insists on being included in all video calls.
